Watch: Kyle Larson refutes claims that he is 'a Swiftie' after going to Taylor Swift’s Paris concert

Ahead of the Cup race this week at Darlington, Kyle Larson was asked by the media that has he finally become a Swiftie after not being a supporter for many years. He shut down those claims by highlighting how minimalistic he was at the event and added that he wore some friendship band because his wife insisted.

Good question. No, I feel like a Swiftie, you gotta wear the bedazzled everything. And, so no, I don’t feel like I’m a Swiftie at all. I do appreciate her music and how hard she works. But no, I’m not a Swiftie. There were lots of men dressed very uniquely at that concert, and I had the T-shirt and [my wife] gave me a couple friendship bracelets to put on, so that was as close as I was getting. Former NASCAR driver and broadcaster, Kenny Wallace was quick to respond after he came across the No:5 HMS Chevy drivers’ comments. He hilariously pointed out that Larson might be a Swiftie, but he doesn’t know it.
